LOVE! Robin took us to The Farm on Adderley, a restaurant in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn.
The Farm on Adderley tries to speak to the way we want to cook and feed ourselves and our neighbors. The restaurant aims to bring thoughtfully produced food and ingredients to our community in a totally accessible way. Much of the way The Farm has evolved has been to pursue the principles of supporting local farmers, artisans, entrepreneurs as much as possible, making delicious food from that, and serving it in a completely honest way.
Manuela and I got Red Flannel Hash, which was corned beef hash with beets. LOVED IT. I am incapable of eating runny egg yolk, so I had to ask them to make mine over hard
Manuela got the traditional sunny side up, which she says was perfect.
After the meal we shared chocolate bread with butter and sea salt. Super big smiley face.
Now we’re headed into Manhattan to see some sites and take 100 pictures!
